Hello, my partner and I came to the restaurant. Not a single friendly server, not a smile? We felt like we were bothering them! Honestly, for a casino restaurant, it's shameful. Where are the always-smiling, petite brunette waitresses? This casino is getting worse and worse; the staff needs to be re-evaluated.

We arrived for dinner at 7:55 PM and ordered drinks and two charcuterie platters. After repeatedly asking a completely unpleasant waiter, who was clearly not a professional, I asked another waiter in a sloppy suit for an update, and... we finally received our drinks and platters an hour and fifteen minutes later! Around 9:10 PM. For your information, there were only three tables in the entire restaurant. There were seven of us, and naturally, after being very poorly received and served, etc., we had to keep asking for more than five slices of bread, given that there were seven of us... In short, a very bad experience that will never be repeated. There is no one in charge at this establishment, or at least no one with the presence of a manager. It would be very useful to pass on the information to Antoine regarding the negligence of this staff, I specify male, this young waiter and surely this man in his sixties... as customers of numerous casinos throughout France for over 40 years, I am therefore letting you know that the Alvignac casino will remain our worst experience in terms of food and its staff!!!

Clean venue but lacking ambiance. Excellent band playing rock and roll but told to keep the sound down! Service is slow but food is good. Quite a bit to work on here, I think.
