It was our first time and it was very enjoyable, just a shame that servers didn't come into the room to serve drinks. We also ate at the casino restaurant and it was very good.

Well, where to start..... I started going to the Casino in Annecy in September 2025. More for a social visit and to mingle with others and who knows - maybe win a jackpot. Initially, I was welcomed with open arms which was important, the machines where often active and providing features - this kept my momentum and I returned on a daily basis. Thereabouts November 2025, everything changed, the machines where less active and appeared in a mode of eating money, not just one machine but all that I played... This continued and led me to believe there was some form of "Player Tracking" being carried out, it's strange that you can play a machine at 2 euros and the next machine (from the same manufacturer) that plays at 50 centimes gives more features and prizes. Obviously, they are connected to a controller which focuses on using the machine with the highest bet to provide the "bread and butter" for the Casino... A good friend of mine (a regular Casino VIP customer) lost vast amounts of money on 2 machines, a complaint was lodged with the Casino and since then I had the feeling that each time I was at the Casino I was being surveyed. When I took my phone, out of my pocket strangely enough a Casino member of staff was either next to me or behind me each time I was playing a machine. I saw the reflections of the staff via the screen of the machines.... All in all, it started well with a very friendly welcoming but watch out for the "Hidden Features" that we as a customer are not aware of.... End of 🥹

A fairly small casino, few gaming tables but lots of slot machines, classy on the outside but croupiers who beg for tips, rather questionable behavior…

Beautiful on the outside, not so much on the inside. I exchanged €100 to play blackjack, the table was empty, and when I asked to sit down and play, the staff told me "minimum bet €20". I replied "that's fine" (even though I had been told €5 at the cashier). Their response: "no blackjack tonight". I exchanged my €100 back into cash and left. Very unprofessional.

The restaurant service was atrocious. Food was strange. No sauce, an oddly huge amount of potatoes. We were asked by 3 different servers if we were ready to order. Once food and drinks arrived we were never asked if we were satisfied, only if we were finished. Needless to say, if we had been asked at least they would have had a chance to improve. The gym was also oddly overcrowded. Not planned well at all.

The poker room is comfortable. However on a Friday night, only one Texas Holden table was on and that too had on average 6 people. Only for an hour or so, we played 9 way. No fault of the casino tho.

Very pleased, the rooms are excellent. Each with a wonderful view. We we greeted with a lovely welcoming snack and got given a collection of evian water, which is appreciated when it is so warm outside.

Probably the only casino in Annecy, it's good and quite active inside the Imperial hotel just beside the hotel reception. Better don't change currncy inside, it don't have good rate.
