Je suis venue simplement pour découvrir le casino et jeter un coup d’œil, par curiosité. Malheureusement, mon expérience à l’accueil a été très désagréable. La dame blonde à l’entrée s’est montrée particulièrement froide et agressive dans sa manière de me demander ma pièce d’identité. La façon dont cela m’a été demandé était brusque et peu respectueuse, surtout qu’il y avait deux personnes devant moi qui semblaient être accueillies de manière beaucoup plus cordiale. Je comprends parfaitement les règles concernant la vérification d’identité à l’entrée d’un casino, ce n’est absolument pas le problème. Ce qui m’a dérangée, c’est la manière dont cela a été fait. Je me suis sentie verbalement agressée et très mal à l’aise, ce qui donne une première impression vraiment regrettable pour un établissement censé offrir une expérience agréable. C’est dommage, car cela ne donne pas envie de rester ni de revenir.

I go to this casino out of necessity, because my husband enjoys gambling… I regret that they removed the sofas from the blackjack room and replaced them with additional gaming tables… even though I understand the logic. But for people who aren't gambling, crowding around the rather small bar is quite frustrating. Otherwise, the staff has always been extremely kind!

My favourite casino in Cannes, classy blackjack dealers whom were fun, and elegant; helpful too by quoting the numbers quickly in English on my hand. Bar service offered quality wine and champagne very reasonably priced, and I had complimentary nice soft drinks too. I enjoyed a late evening on blackjack for a few hours, and I’ll look forward to coming back soon when I’m next in Cannes.

The bouncer outside according to him named “John” claimed you needed French passport although all three of us had valid Irish EU identification refused entry at the door refused picture and full name and although I tried to be nice and ask valid and legal questions refused to answer

It is not a casino it’s all about robbing your money general manager which one is called director of casino she is biggest thief as soon you start putting your chips on she advised to staff just say no more bets if any body call neighbour bets if it’s winning bet don’t take the bet , just refused the bet, please guys if you are on holidays never visit this casino, used to be very good casino , under new management all changed , now this one is robber casino no pay out at all , I am saying all this with my own experience , this place is not for big player,

This is a small casino on the boulevard. From most machines the sound is not that good and that’s actually what playing makes fun. All that funny and happy tunes. The staff was friendly.
