The staff are extremely friendly and each of the 3 restaurants has its own unique atmosphere. Always a great time!

No actually tables to play, all digital, at least when playing during the day. I tripled my bet so I give it 5 stars

Bad, the slot machines are very poorly calibrated; they don't let anyone win! Slot machines, in fact, should be called money-eating machines!

Bad experience. Customers were not allowed to take photos inside, whereas other casinos did. Food and drinks are not free; instead, go to the Geneva casino, where you can get free food and drinks. Slot machines are using very old technology. And lastly, this casino only has beautiful buildings as a prefence. We do not recommend coming here to play.

The Evian Casino stands out as an impressive architectural marvel, but that's where the praise ends. The slot machines downstairs are nothing more than money pits. Increasing the bet results in immediate losses, and there's no option to lower the bet during a game. This greatly diminishes the joy of playing. The machines should allow occasional wins to keep players engaged for more than a couple of minutes. As it stands, the machines just swallow money without providing any entertainment value. Additionally, the drinks at the bar are not complimentary for players and are certainly not worth their high prices. The staff treats visitors with a noticeable air of arrogance. If the ID checker doesn’t know where Finland is, perhaps they should consider returning to elementary school. Aleks.

The CGN ticket agent in Lausanne recommended the Evian Casino restaurant for reasonably priced good food & service. We had an impromptu boat ride to Evian. This restaurant is affordable compared to Swiss restaurants. The server spoke English and very helpful. We enjoyed our food and drinks.
