Security needs to be significantly improved, like in Nice. We need to be uncompromising with the strange individuals who approach us at every opportunity, and why not improve the oxygen quality inside? That would be perfect for making it a truly ideal casino.

The casino itself wasn't bad but there was a rude customer at one of the blackjack tables. He hit the table and swore at me because of a hit I made. Fortunately, the dealer warned him immediately but I have to say the quality of the customers is lower than at other casinos.

Great environment at the poker table even for a non-french speaker. Dealers were very professional and the players were very supportive and a joy to play with. Thanks for making me feel welcomed during my visits over the last week! Cheers!

I have never been to a casino where the majority of dealers were so sourpussed and unhappy; they must not be paid well. The pit bosses did buy me a couple of drinks, which I appreciated.

Fortunately, I was denied entry for wearing open toed shoes (flip flops) on a hot day (35C/95F). Yes, I could have put on very acceptable shoes, but I feel fortunate to save the $500 that I would have most likely lost to the casino. I admit that I was surprised by the dress code infraction considering the other patrons appeared to be less conforming to the dress code. Could there be other criteria for entry??? The casino must have higher standards than casinos in the USA. I do not have a problem with dress code, just be sure to enforce the code in a polite manner and equal to all patrons.

The staffs were not welcoming and had cold looks. There were not many people inside. The interior was not appealing for a tourist's visit. Dun waste your time if you just want to see inside as it looked dull. One must queue to show passport and one may see a sour face at the counter even before going in to "try your luck".
