Visited Saturday and Sunday mornings. The reception staff were polite. There were many slot machines, electronic roulette, and electronic blackjack. An employee came by once a day to offer fruit juice or coffee. On Saturday afternoon, it was very busy, but there were still machines available. However, there were several negative points: - An unpleasant smell throughout the room, reminiscent of stale tobacco. This likely originated in the smoking area when the doors were opened. - Useless TVs. On Saturday, the set-top box went into standby mode, and no staff member noticed the problem. On Sunday, the TVs displayed the welcome screen ("discover the offer" or "already subscribed"). - Restrooms were out of service due to customer damage. Given the number of restrooms available, they need to be repaired quickly. - No attendant at the electronic roulette tables. - An electronic malfunction on one of the roulette tables. Regarding this bug, the roulette wheel disconnected and the screens were constantly restarting. Panic ensued; were my credits saved? There was no point in pressing the "call an attendant" button on the second roulette wheel since no one was there to help. I had to go find someone. When I finally managed to find someone, the employee made a rude joke, saying twice that the attendant wouldn't arrive until 7 PM (it was 10 AM). I didn't know where my credits were, my game was frozen, and while I was waiting to find someone, I was afraid the game would restart and someone would take my credits. The call button was useless, so the last thing I needed was to have a joker in front of me. Finally, the roulette wheel was restarted with a workaround, and my credits were safe. So, I went to the second roulette wheel for extra security. Given the cost of the equipment, it's a shame to have such frequent bugs, especially according to an attendant. Let's talk about the lack of attendants. Although there's a "call an attendant" button on each roulette station, pressing it does nothing. The button isn't connected; it only turns on a flashing light on the station. Since no attendant is present in the room, no one sees the light and no one comes. It's a disgrace. On Saturday, three players pressed the button to no avail. It took an hour for an employee to happen to pass by and turn off the lights, the players having left in the meantime. Regarding the snacks, although the employee was friendly, the pizza had cold parts despite already having burnt edges... In short, a decent number of machines (when they're working) but nothing else. Further details following the casino's response: You don't understand my comments? Of course, you're an entertainment establishment, but when a player worried about losing their credits has to go and find an attendant themselves, and the attendant they find makes a joke and insists a second time despite the fact that the customer wasn't receptive to the joke the first time, then the joke becomes inappropriate. Regarding the one-hour wait, I never said that was my experience. However, it would have been if I had waited at the gaming station for an attendant to come on their own... Regarding the call lights, the "withdraw" and "call an attendant" buttons may be close together due to regulations, but the The problem lies with the cashier's lack of response. Unable to see the lights, he couldn't come to help or turn off a light that had been left on unintentionally. Regarding this absence: if, in your opinion, the cashier and the manager, who were standing by the register but couldn't see the electronic dials, were "present" in the dining area, then your bill is perfectly justified. As for the pizza, I have no doubt it would have been replaced. But is it acceptable to serve a pizza with cold parts when the edges are already burnt? There is clearly a problem with the reheating or cooking process.

This establishment has undergone a complete renovation since our first visit! Wow! 🤩 It's chic and elegant. The atmosphere was quite pleasant, even on a Saturday night, and the layout is well-designed for the different gaming areas. The establishment is easily accessible and has ample parking. Two points to note: 1/ The machines located near the smoking area have a strong, persistent tobacco odor due to the frequent opening of the automatic doors, which is frankly unpleasant for non-smokers! 2/ The friendliness of a bartender who was there that evening around 2:30 a.m. (Saturday, March 14, 2026) was clearly not up to the standard of your establishment (lack of courtesy, unresponsiveness, and a nonchalant attitude when taking orders).

Worst welcome and customer service. I come from Las Vegas to visit my family in France, I only had my US driver license on me at that time (which is a proof of identity and not everybody carry his passport all day around anyway) I could maybe understand the fact that they don’t take my Identification but at least wear a smile on your face and be warm to the customers . Ridiculous attitude for such a little local casino.
