The Saint Malo casino is the worst casino ever. All the machines are programmed to zero and nobody wins. I wouldn't recommend anyone go there. I tried every machine without success. I advise the casino to close down. I have to give it one star, otherwise my review won't be published.

The casino is decent, but nothing special. It's well located, just a stone's throw from the city walls. The reception staff are friendly; however, the bar and gaming staff are extremely unpleasant, especially the little woman who pushes her trolley through the slot machine area. She doesn't even apologize, she doesn't even move her trolley to let people pass... I've never seen such rudeness in any other Barrière casino (or any other)!

Unfortunately, it's always the same. The air conditioning problem is really something. Huge air conditioners on wheels—I've seen it all. It doesn't change anything, really, but that's all. The stool issue (the ritual) is unacceptable. At 1:10 AM for a 2:00 AM closing time, come on! You can tell they're not going to linger. In that case, they should have closed at 1:30 AM. I'm going to write to head office because there are too many things wrong. With our card, we're entitled to a free drink, and to avoid any trouble, we didn't say anything to the bartender. But we thanked him for foisting the rest of the flat Coca-Cola on us. Great, tasteless whisky and Coke. But it worked out well, since we were the last customer. They're definitely operating by the bottle. There's definitely some sloppiness going on. Except for the reception staff, who were very charming and friendly. In short, I'm making a copy for the seat plus something else because frankly it's disappointing... As for the few new machines, well, I'd say it's not exactly a luxury.

Friendly staff but wouldn't let us in without our passports so had to go back to our hotel to get them which was half an hour away .one in side warm and cosy

The staff doesn’t know English, they can’t answer simple questions like, do you have a live roulette table? I had to go inside with my passport to make sure they didn’t have it.
