The casino itself is very nice; it's new, spacious, and has everything to be a great casino. But people are already saying that nobody wins at roulette except the casino itself. The ball always lands in the area where there are no bets, which isn't bad for them, but it's no longer a game of chance... it's more like a scam. Perhaps this is why the hall is almost always empty. It's a shame, considering the place... you'll never win at this casino.

The dealers were terrible. I went to play in the tournament on Wednesday, and the first dealer had to repeat 5 of the first 15 hands by mistake. They moved me to a different table, so I had a different dealer. A player got up from the table, and the dealer didn't give him any cards—even though he should always be given cards—even though he had also come to see his cards and be able to play them. We told her, and she completely ignored us, saying that since there was action, it didn't matter. And especially when you're already playing with 15,000 blinds. That lack of professionalism throws you off and ruins the tournament.

My recent visit to the casino, between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM, was marred by a situation that I consider unprofessional. While playing Blackjack, an employee, while handling cards, unnecessarily touched my hand. In a gaming environment that should be characterized by respect and professionalism, this gesture seemed inappropriate and improper. I understand that human errors can occur and are not always avoidable, but I consider it important to point them out so that the casino experience remains comfortable and engaging for all guests. In a prestigious establishment like this, it is essential that staff always maintain distance and treat players appropriately. This incident aside, I continue to recommend this casino, as I believe that a small, accidental error should not tarnish the quality and good atmosphere that characterizes it.
