Paying €4 for a Coke, when so many other casinos offer them by the glass from time to time, feels stingy.

I arrived at the Casino Barrière Bordeaux in the early evening and was immediately struck by the well-lit entrance and the lively atmosphere. At reception, they quickly explained how the card worked, which saved me some time. I particularly enjoyed myself playing the newer slot machines, with their modern and user-friendly screens. Between games, I stopped at the bar for a drink; it was a pleasant break. A simple and successful evening—I highly recommend it.

Dear brothers and sisters — to anyone who values their dignity, I would advise: never go to this casino. I drove 45 minutes from my hotel to this casino, but I was stopped from a distance because my pants had two small cuts. They told me that since my pants are torn I could not enter their casino. I pointed out that their website says nothing about people with torn pants being banned. Then a doorman told me to wait there and that his boss would come and talk to me. After standing there for 25 minutes, nobody came to speak with me, so I had to leave. I would tell everyone to protect their dignity. There are many other casinos in France — go to those instead of coming here. Thank you.

Refused entry by security due to wearing shorts in 24 degree heat yet women were granted entry wearing summer dresses, I presented my passport only to be told that I needed to leave, doesn’t add up really

I am very disappointed with this Casino Barrière, the security service at the entrance needs to be seriously reviewed!! the man (very fleshy) so as not to be vulgar with (a beard) my clear lack of respect is that without valid justification I am extremely disappointed I think I will never set foot there again thank you for talking to the management!!! THANKS

Lovely evening on our parents date night , we don't come too often but are members now to gain a free drink with our points , and we had a wee flutter and thrill. Staff is friendly but depending on how busy it is you can wait a few minutes for your drink at the bar.

The buffet/restaurant is downright awful. The waiters/waitresses are all super inexperienced and unprofessional. I saw two tables send back their food while I was there (30 minutes) and another table send back their drinks. The entree buffet is horrible, there’s barely any selection, and in my opinion, nothing tastes very good. Same with the dessert buffet. The main course was good, but was served with pre-cooked steamed veggies. The casino itself isn’t good at all either - the ATM machine took my debit card and refused to give it back.
