The staff are great, welcoming, smiling and professional.

Casino, you put a lot of money in the machine and get nothing in return... Really disappointed... To keep customers, these famous slot machines need to be satisfactory... A word to the wise. 🫣

Perfect for a small get-together

I preferred it before when it was the main hall! Too underground and the atmosphere is bad.

-€5500 and n 1h Good luck to the high roller who happens to be passing by. Low win rate. I'm an experienced high roller, I strongly advise against this casino. There's a casino not far away in Royat that's a great casino. Don't hesitate to travel further; they'd have a better chance of winning your money. 🤓

Great location but staff not that welcoming and champagne warm.

Châtel Guyon is one of my favourite places here in the Auvergne. With it's spa buildings and fantastic selection of hotels, restaurants and bars it's a must visit. During the summer months it has free music night and nocturnal markets. A wonderful atmosphere can be felt as you wander down the main road, with the busy restaurants with chatter and laughter of the clientele enjoying the moment.

Great evening of jazz music and drinks in the parc

The food was good, the service friendly, but we had to wait for an eternity (to get seated first, to give our orders and finally to get our food) even though we had reserved well in advance, specifically to avoid that. We went there during the jazz festival, when the town sees a lot of tourists, so it certainly contributed to the issues, but it should have been predictable.

French fries very fatty. Simply food has been screwed up. Beef was killed by chef...very chewy
