The facilities are excellent, but the customer service is very mediocre; you can spend all day there and no one will come to offer you anything to drink.

Worst poker experience of my life at Casino Alicante. I order food. Waiter tells me I can’t eat at the table — fine, no problem. I go order quickly → they blind me out. I ask to be informed when the food is ready. Later I see my plate sitting far in the restaurant, already cold. Steak supposed to be well done → arrives completely raw. I ask them to cook it again. Meanwhile at the table they activate a 20-minute clock, usable ONLY once per evening 🤯. I explain the food was their mistake, not mine, and ask to get the remaining time back. Answer: NO. If you pause the timer you lose any food break. I ask to speak to the poker manager → doesn’t understand English, doesn’t listen, offers zero solution. I cashed out my chips and left. Never seen such poor organisation and customer treatment in any casino in my life. ❌

After a couple of hours playing in the casino, I tried to cash out some chips. The woman at the cash desk said she needed more information from me before she could cash out the chips. She asked me to enter my job description onto a screen, which didn't accept any input. She wouldn't cash ouy my chips. In fact it was all I could do to reclaim the chips. So now I have the chips which they won't cash out. I feel like I have been swindled!

Absolute tourist trap!! Don't do it! As soon as you win, they disable your machine and kick you out without your winnings. Overpriced drinks and terrible service.

Nice venue but if you want to play poker, expect to wait 2 hours before you get a seat. Opening another table is apparently not the done thing. Let the people eat wait.

Great first time experience in the casino, was on holiday and fancied a poker cash game, went in, signed up which was super easy, the casino isn't huge, a couple of poker tables downstairs, cash tables upstairs, slots downstairs and roulette ect upstairs, bit of a language barrier when trying to get cash out ect but to be expected. Everyone was friendly, cashed out for £655 profit in 2.5 hours! So did great
