The casino is clean and not too crowded. Maria (the waitress/manager or whoever is in charge) was super nice. I hope she'll be there again on my next visit. I had a great time!

I'm a regular customer at this arcade. The staff's service is unbeatable; they attend to every detail, the place is clean, and they're always very attentive. But for a while now, they haven't been winning prizes like the Catarata Grand Bag or the motorcycles. It can take months for them not to appear, and the machine prizes take a long time to come out. Many customers go there because of the staff's friendliness, but it's a waste of money because it's so difficult to win, and in the end, people choose to go to other arcades. A arcade where friends and family used to go and play quite a bit has ended up losing customers; the arcade isn't what it used to be.

My experience at this casino was very disappointing due to the poor treatment we received from one of the employees. From the very beginning, her attitude was rude and unprofessional, which made us feel very uncomfortable. Instead of helping us and attending to us properly, she treated us with disdain and disrespect. It's regrettable that a place that is supposed to be for the enjoyment of its customers allows this type of behavior. I would not recommend this casino due to the terrible customer service we received.

Whenever I can, I come by, and the way they treat you here is unmatched. Personally, I hope you keep the four people who are currently working at the casino.

I find it very wrong that such a professional employee as María Jesús, who cares about her clients, is transferred to another salon when there are other employees who are more attentive, collecting wastebaskets or performing other, less important tasks, such as, I believe, customer service, which comes first. These details should be better taken care of. Thank you.
