We organized a night at the casino for our anniversary, with a mandatory stop at the restaurant before heading down to the slot machines. And we were so glad we did! What a treat! 🤤 The dishes were refined and delicious, the ingredients were top-quality, and the portions were just right—not too much, not too little. We received excellent advice on wine pairings, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The waiters were lovely, the service was quick, and the atmosphere was cozy. Not to mention the panoramic view. We were given a great table at our request and were able to fully enjoy the last rays of the setting sun. The experience was as wonderful as it was beautiful, and we won't hesitate to stop by again next time we're in the area.

My first time in a casino, I went for my birthday and was very well received by the gentleman at reception. He also took the time to give me some tips on how to start playing. I was also very happy with the service at the bar by the young woman. I will definitely be back.

After a long absence of over three years, following some comments and reflections, my wife convinced me to return to this casino because it's the closest to our home. Initially, everything was fine; they even offered me a Perrier. One Saturday, after spending three hours at the table, I stepped away for ten minutes to break up the game a bit. A manager came to see me and said there were players waiting and I needed to return to the table. No problem, but I was surprised that they came to get me when other players were leaving their tables for 20 to 30 minutes to smoke. I went back to the manager who had told me to return to the table and explained that that evening, and others, I had never seen another player called back to the table. It was only later that I realized one of the table managers had said I'd left for 30 minutes, but it was actually 10 minutes. I called him a liar, but it turned out he was just waiting for a seat because someone he knew was waiting. The next day, I came back to play quietly with my wife, and as usual, I ordered two Perriers. They told me they'd received instructions and that I had to pay for my Perriers. No problem, it was petty and childish, but we were above that, and besides, we weren't worried about a few euros. One evening, I won a royal flush—great! It was a welcome relief after several losing nights. On Friday the 13th, while I was at the casino, five regular customers came up to me and said, "You know, after winning a royal flush, the same table manager told the dealer, and I quote, 'You gave the straight to the worst player ever!' A €750 tip, no less! And it's because of this same table manager that I stopped coming four years ago." Between the "shh!" and "that's just too much," on Friday I tried to speak to the manager, but I couldn't find him anywhere in the casino. I asked to speak to him, and they told me he was in the basement. Anyway, the worst player has decided never to set foot in your establishment again. I think I was patient and respectful; in short, these aren't things you should say. When you don't like a customer, as a table manager, you keep it to yourself and refuse their tips. Every time, he takes a perverse pleasure in seeing players lose; he smiles mockingly.

Attended this Casino Royal for the first time today for lunch. The service, food and surroundings are excellent. Great value for money. Our waiter was Nicholas who went the extra mile. Very nice location over looking the town and river. We will definitely return. Thank you.

The stage at Casino Royale is very nice. We had a full house for our performance. I was however concerned about the sound equipment at Casino Royale. Not a good quality. We were very happy to perform in front of a very kind audience and the night was saved!

Visiting St Gilles Croix-de Vie I was somehow surprised when I visited the restaurant L'ÉTABLISSEMENT in the casino for the first time. The members of staff deliver a friendly service, unfortunately, it lacks attention to detail. The ambiance of this restaurant is pleasant and the price not always reflects the quality of the food.
