The place is well located and easily accessible. The machines have games and the prizes are usually visible. In my opinion, there's a lack of Linkin and too many Monopoly games. Regarding the atmosphere, I can't give a good impression or approve of this arcade. Some loud customers start shouting, even singing, with the tacit approval of some employees, bothering those who come to gamble. (If everyone who comes in does the same thing, you tell me...) As for the employees, some of them, due to their unequal or disproportionate attitude towards some customers versus others, shouldn't be working with the public. Apart from these drawbacks, the arcade seems to me to be one of the best in the area. Customer service from the staff is good, but it depends on who you get. There are no problems when ordering drinks, but that's about it. There are no snacks, and pastries are only available depending on how well you get along with whoever is on duty. Just today, October 2nd, during the afternoon shift, one of the Sportium machines swallowed a two-euro coin, and it seems the two employees there didn't appreciate me pointing it out. They couldn't check it until they finished the till, and far from sealing the terminal, they completely ignored it. Otherwise, I think the place is very good.
