Stayed in a Studio corner room, amazing city views. The room was clean and tidy but my only complaint is the room is on the west side and extremely hot, the air conditioning was really struggling to maintain a nice comfortable temperature. I would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at Crown Promenade Melbourne and had a really positive experience overall. I’ve stayed multiple times at Crown across all three hotels in Melbourne and in a range of room categories, and I found the suite at Promenade to be very good in comparison to the others. Check-in was easy and well handled. I arrived early and my room wasn’t quite ready, but I received a message shortly after to let me know when it was available, which I really appreciated. Erdy on check-in was extremely professional and helpful, and he went above and beyond by offering me a complimentary late checkout to better suit my schedule — a great touch that made the stay feel more personalised. I stayed in a suite, which was well appointed and spacious. The bathroom was a standout, with a very large layout and a great soaking bath — perfect for unwinding. The only downside was that the main TV in the lounge room wasn’t working, which was a bit disappointing. Aside from that, everything else was very good. Hence why I have given 4/5 stars. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I’d happily return.

Customer service is very poor we had a gift voucher which I confirmed prior to arrival and was denied once there due to the purchaser needing to be there. Rooms are a bit tired, dirty carpet and a terrible smell like someone had emptied a can of Glen20 in there. Spa was barely warm. Location was quite good close to everything. Bed was comfortable. Room was very warm the air conditioner didn’t seem to be working well. Only one toothbrush but asked the ladies cleaning the room next door and was given another one.

Wonderful stay at crown promenade! The location was perfect for a mini holiday for parents and the hotel room views were incredible! Pool staff were so helpful finding a charger when we needed one. Front house staff especially Thi were so welcoming and lovely! It was the best stay. Thank you crown!

Great Location. Staff were very friendly and helpful and I appreciated being able to check in a bit earlier for an appointment. My room looked great, with large window and the bed was comfortable. I enjoyed the pool and spa in the evenings. I was disappointed that when I moved bedside table to plug in charger, there was dust and rubbish behind it. The bathroom also had a small amount of mold behind the sink. The TV is only free to air, no movies, youtube or anything like that, in this day and age I would have expected that. What really put me off was that I was charged for a small bottle of water which I used in the kettle as there was no other water available, I wrongly thought this was included....but NO....I was charged nearly $5 for a tiny bottle. Was I supposed to use Tap Water??? No way would I ever use tap water for drinking or making a cup of tea!! Very poor form Crown, I expected much better for the price I paid.

I loved my stay! 😊 You can see from all of my many pictures and videos that it was an epic time! ✨ So much to do, and it is all right next to your hotel room! I loved that I stayed there during the Australian Open and they had all this cool stuff everywhere for it ✨ The food, the cocktails, the hotel, and the overall experience were all amazing! 😇 The coffee at Margo’s & the barista coffee at Mesh are both incredible! 🏅 I highly recommend both! 🏅 Special thanks to the concierge guy with all the fancy pens; you’re the vibe man! 😊🏅 Thank you for speaking to me and making me happy when you could see that I was feeling unhappy about something 😇😊✨ That was really kind! The reason why I took off 1 star is because some of the staff kept acting like I wasn’t staying there & refused to help me at the concierge or front desk. One of the staff members even made me feel like a criminal for wanting to sit outside the front of the hotel at 3am to get some air cause I couldn’t sleep. I asked if it was safe to sit outside and he was like “what room are you staying in…oh yeah…who is the booking under…what name?!…while I showed him my keycard & the card packet that holds your card for the duration of your hotel stay” And also the beds were 2 singles pushed together; not one bed, which means you must sleep on one side of the bed, you cannot sleep in the middle of the bed. Otherwise I loved everything about my stay including the pool & outdoor private garden! Thank you so much for having me Crown Promenade! 😊 I will be back and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to feel cared for at the hotel they stay at! 🏅 Special thank you to the bellman who was so lovely upon my arrival at the hotel! 😊

Excellent proximity to Melbourne city and tram services to the adjacent suburbs. Excellent proximity to crown casino, restaurants, bars and cinema. Service was inconsistent and at times slow. The housekeeping was underwhelming at first, but improved with our stay. The rooms are large and functional. The pool area was excellent but the spa jets need repair as the tub wasn’t hot. The mens steam room was also broken. Overall, for the price paid, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

I enjoyed a great one-night stay due to my work. The room is spacious, super clean with very comfortable king bed. My room has a nice view of the city, facing Crown Towers. It was one of the hottest day of Melbourne (45 degree). And it was such a enjoyable time inside hotel room.

Pros - Good sized rooms, good walk-in showers. We got the corner room, and it was great. Try to get that if you can. Coffee shop at the elevators for a morning coffee was convenient. Breakfast was good quality with lots of options. Cons - TV a bit old now, no chrome cast? Beds were a little soft. At breakfast we were seated next to a family of 6 close by. As we were a couple they could have strategically sat us somewhere more appropriate. There was a whole section of tables not being used to the left of the breakfast area. As it happened, one of family of 6 threw up all over the table and my wife helped clean up. We were then asked if we wanted to move to a new table, but it was too late by then. Come on staff use your soft skills and seat people to give both families and couples space.
