My experience was also mixed. We attended the concert, which was very good. The welcome and seating were excellent, thanks to a friendly and understanding person. I was accompanied by a disabled person who has great difficulty walking, so this person helped them avoid climbing the stairs. However, in the casino gaming area, we couldn't take the elevator to the performance hall without being told off; we had to go back outside the casino. An insensitive employee refused us the elevator, especially the disabled person, and wouldn't even look at their disability card. I asked the manager, is disability prohibited in the casino? Like the elevator? We won't be coming back.

Dimanche 22 mars 10h du matin pas grand monde ma femme a un gros soucis gastrique on demande poliment au vigile du casino si elle peut aller exceptionnellement au toilette un refus total nous indiquant des toilettes bien trop lointaines .... eh bien à ce monsieur je lui souhaite juste la même chose qu'il se chie dessus devant tout le monde ...peut être qu'un jour vous deviendrai humain !!!!

Two rounds of drinks, charged 1st round straight up without a tab. Ordered another round using best prepped French, was then charged for both rounds. No real apology, free drink/nibbles just a straight refund. Now, this may be a mistake, but I only noticed as I paid Gpay, buyer beware!!

Delicious yet simple food, my daughter finished her plate, a rare event. Very pleasant surroundings, and attentive staff. Prices were quite reasonable.

The place is nice, very close to the beach. But we suffered the rudest and most arrogant waiter we have ever seen. Don’t know the reason, but he didn’t listen properly when we were asking, then refused to bring a little milk and left a bottle unopened. We’ll never come back to this place.
