Last night, the person checking ID cards was very friendly, but the rest of the staff seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than serving you. The cashier wasn't friendly at all. In short, I was very disappointed!

We went to the bar, but no one served us (even though there weren't any other customers), the cash machine was broken, and the cashier wasn't always at his post... It gave us a strange feeling of being in a casino where the staff wasn't very professional.

From the moment I arrived, I received a warm and professional welcome. The staff is attentive, responsive, and truly pleasant. The restaurant is excellent; the food is delicious and the atmosphere is friendly. The management and the Director are approachable, dedicated, and committed to the well-being of their guests. I highly recommend dining here and enjoying the casino. Thank you to the entire team for this wonderful experience, and I hope to see you again soon.

The set menu was very reasonably priced and very generous; however, we ordered four Kir cocktails as an aperitif without peanuts or crisps… a small side dish would have been welcome.

Having just had possibly the worst experience possible at Circus Casino Briancon - I feel its important to capture so that others avoid it! Having had a lovely week in this resort, and had some of the best experiences, sadly it ended on the worst one (possibly) ever. Arriving at the restaurant and asking for a table for two for lunch, we were dismissed. Not with words - just a shake of the head and a turned back. There were perhaps 3 or 4 occupied tables so I'm unsure why we couldn't dine there. Being bilingual, I dont usually have a problem with communication but we enquired on the availability of a table in English and were dismissed. Enquiring why in French, the waitress ignored the question and walked away. Humiliating experience in front of the other diners and appalling customer service.
