This was my first time at this casino in Pornic, and as someone who frequents various casinos, I was pleasantly surprised. Despite its relatively modest size, the casino is really very enjoyable. There are enough machines to satisfy everyone, and they are in good condition and well-maintained, which is always an important point. The atmosphere is calm, allowing you to play peacefully without being disturbed. The staff is generally very friendly and welcoming. You can tell the establishment is well-run. There is also a restaurant on site (which I didn't try) as well as a performance hall, which rounds out the evening. If I had to mention a negative point, it would be the wait for drinks, at least on that day. Only one staff member at the bar appeared after several long minutes. And the same at the reception desk in the main room, with only one person there that day as well. But overall, a very good experience. I will definitely come back!

Came to play the tournaments. Really good structure to the games and the staff are all really helpful. I would suggest opening a €1/2 cash game as the €2/5 is a very big game

Dear Casino Partouche Pornic Management, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an unpleasant experience I had at your casino on June 1, 2025. After traveling over an hour to visit your establishment, I was surprised and frustrated to be denied entry at the reception because my driver’s license was not accepted as valid identification. While I understand that every casino may have its own policy, the situation was handled in a rude and unprofessional manner by an older female manager on duty at the time. Her dismissive attitude and lack of courtesy made the experience unnecessarily unpleasant and left a very negative impression. As someone who has visited casinos all over the world, I have never encountered such behavior from management staff. Even when issues arise, professionalism and respect should never be lacking — especially from those in supervisory roles. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address both the way such situations are handled and the conduct of the staff involved. At the very least, I believe an apology is warranted, along with clearer communication about your ID policy to avoid similar incidents in the future.

We had never been to a casino and as this was opposite our hotel we thought why not. Staff were friendless bar is well stocked and we had good giggle

Very new, modern entrance. Clean and welcoming. Restaurant looked inviting but didn't have time to try this out. Next time, maybe.
