The slot machine management is not good. A week ago, I lost 2000 euros on a slot machine. I put the sto giocando brand on the slot machine. I went to the hotel to get money and wanted to continue playing. It takes a little time to go back and forth. When I brought the money, I saw a 40 year old Chinese man with shaved head playing on the machine where I lost money. He won a lot of money. I felt that this man had been following me. At that time, I told him that I had put the sto giocando brand, but he said that he did not see the brand. I originally wanted to ask the manager to come to theory. Thinking that most people are Chinese, I would not argue with him. Later, I asked other Chinese people I knew and said that this person was called Hulizhi. He used to play slot machines in Swiss casinos. Most of them followed others and watched other players lose money. He immediately went to play. Later, someone complained that he was forbidden to enter the Swiss casino. Now he comes to this casino to play slot machines. This is the negligence of the manager.

The first casino I've been to that charges you for soft drinks. Winning maybe in your dreams. A bit noisy and lacking service providers. In short, get up after losing 50 euros.

It was my first time ever going to a casino. I might have high expectation for it but apparently 95% are full of slot machine which is all digital, not really experiencing much of other things like a real table playing. The staffs were nice and polite.

The hotel building is gorgeous. The casino is the only one around and they're quite aware of it. So they're rude and unwelcoming. The rooms are ok for a high class hotel, but have very finicky domotics and the fridges and bathroom air exhausts are noisy. However their restaurants are a pathetic excuse. 16€ for 6 small pieces of grilled vegetables! The main course was so small we had to order a second serving (for 18€ each...). The staff is friendly and accommodating. The spa is nice and clean with beautiful stone floors and walls. After two nights here, I can safely say that I will not be returning. It's definitely not worth the money not being part of the Leading Hotels of the World club... Just eat outside the hotel.
