Strange Gambling, bring a ID card or passport

The bingo games are played very fast, someone like a tourist can hardly catch up with the tempo. Also the bingo ticket handlers prefer the players who spend a lot of money. Not suggested to visit in my opinion.

Horrible service, rude personnel We had a reservation in bingo for 9PM, however one I forgot her ID. Other 3 people were already in (important detail) I went home, took my ID, we go in and suddenly they tell my friend she can’t not enter (remind you - she was let in before!) because her DNI - Documento Nacional de identidad - was from Argentina. They said she needs to have a passport, and other identification document is not valid here. I’m attaching the requirement that were sent to us upon reservation: not one word about NON-EU residents needing to have a passport. The point of bringing the physical ID is very clear - to scan it and have it in their system. However, she had her physical ID, all Spanish speaking countries issue this DNI and every place in Madrid counts them as a VALID DOCUMENT. Moreover, I would like to point out the unprofessional idk and deep indifference of the personnel. 1. They should have warned us in the reservation description 2. They then should have told us something when I forgot my passport, went home to take it while my friend who they didn’t let in was waiting for me thinking she CAN enter. 3. How rude the personnel was handling the situation: we needed to wait half an hour for a reclamation form to be filled on their part and we needed to beg for them to cancel the reservation and get our money back. Especially the woman that was attending us was screaming to us in Spanish while me, a person to whom Spanish is her 4th language, was trying to explain our situation and just try to have a nice evening. 4. NO APOLOGY WAS ISSUED. Not one person felt like them not doing their job is a reason enough to apologize to me and my friends. What is the most disrespectful in the whole situation is that we were the ones that tried to find the solution - we asked to fill in the form, we asked to be refunded, not one person was proactive and tried to solve the problem. Overall we spend 1h resolving this situation, although I doubt they will do anything to prevent this from happening further, so I am leaving this review here for everyone to be aware.

Bad customer experience. There was an offer of 8€ for 2 drinks (photo attached) and after ordering the drinks waiter said certain brands did not have the offer and charged us more than double. #Misleadingadvertising
