I've been a customer of this casino for over 30 years. It's had its ups and downs. Now it's a low point. After losing €2,000 last Sunday, they told me I had to pay for my second drink. It was like a slap in the face. Luis, who once told us we'd always get free drinks, didn't even come over to tell me he was going to charge me for the drink. 30 years of being customers! Besides, Pedro and I always leave GENEROUS tips—and the managers know it. On Thursday the 26th, I left a €200 tip for the managers for a win, and Luis was there! We don't see any reason to keep doing it. I sincerely cannot recommend this casino to American customers. Can you imagine Las Vegas charging you for a drink if you're gambling hundreds of dollars?! And don't you dare take a picture of your machine; security will scold you! There are only two video poker machines, but they are ALWAYS being played.

Very nice and clean place, a variety of games, and they give you a €5 welcome bonus for being your first time. Friendly staff, and the place to have a drink is very quiet and beautiful. The waiters were very nice, and their cocktails were delicious. I had a pleasant time.

My friend and I were playing slots on the bottom floor and I tried to order a coffee through the waitress, one of the waitresses who was short and had short hair said "un momento" and then she started chatting with another colleague, I waited for a long time and she never came over again, and I didn't bother her, and finally we stopped playing the game ourselves and went to the the bar to order coffee.

I have been in many casinos all over the world. (Monaco,Barcelona, Latvia , Estonia, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Georgia , Turkish side of Cyprus, Germany, Holland, Singapour and many other countries and cities) It is the worst casino I have ever been. Staffs are bad. Roullete is very strange.Atmosphere is dark and cold. In short it is very bad.

Been here watching etc for a few nights. The roulette wheels are fully electronically controlled. The one live wheel on the display computer especially. Watched the live ones for a a short while. The bounce and everything about them isn't natural. Stay away. Don't waste ur money here.

Blckjack min 5 eur and 10 eur Roullette min 5 eur. Lots of slot machines and video games. Was comfortable to play, managers were kind, casino kept strict protection against covid19. I enjoyed very much. Closes at 23 pm. Opens at 12 noon.

They stole 10 euros from a customer. I would like to make emphasis that it was not the dealer/croupier, it was the higher end staff. They stole money left at the cashier.
