I've been going to this casino and its restaurant for two years now. I'll start with the restaurant: it's EXCELLENT, which is rare for a casino restaurant (they're often mediocre or even awful). Obviously, I'm talking about the Bistrot Gourmand, but the food at the bar or in the dining room is also very good for the price. Now I have to talk about the staff. In the restaurant, as in the rest of the establishment, they are all absolutely fantastic. From the entrance to the service, including of course the dealers and MAS assistants, they are all genuinely kind, helpful, and/or genuinely interesting people. I think the casino's location, in the middle of the countryside, has a positive impact on the atmosphere and therefore the friendliness. I visit this casino day and night. As expected, the clientele and the atmosphere are varied, but I've never felt unsafe in this casino, despite sometimes having significant cash wins. The staff effectively ensures security. Regarding the games on offer, there are obviously slot machines, but also tables with sometimes very affordable minimum bets, such as traditional roulette, where the minimum bet is only €1. Blackjack is fairly standard with a minimum bet of €5. There are two roulette tables in the casino. I think it would be beneficial to offer higher denominations on the second one, allowing high rollers to play with more gusto. The casino also offers Ultimate Poker and No-Limit Hold'em cash games. For the latter, the atmosphere at the tables is relatively friendly, with, unlike many other casinos (which are full of regulars playing tight and exchanging money amongst themselves while waiting for an easy target), a few experienced players who aren't afraid to raise and call boldly. Obviously, plan a substantial budget because it can quickly add up... The blinds are standard for French casinos, at €5, and the minimum buy-in is €200, except on Thursdays when it seems to be slightly cheaper (I haven't checked). The tables are very well maintained, despite the crowds around them on weekends. I highly recommend the table games at this casino. Then there are two electronic roulette tables with numerous betting stations. The minimum bet is €0.50, but you can push the machine to stratospheric stakes by betting up to €40 on a single number and up to €720 on a color. A word to the wise for martingale enthusiasts... (I accept no responsibility for your losses.) These maximum amounts are higher than in traditional roulette, which I find a bit strange, but it makes sense since electronic roulette is clearly very popular, especially on weekends. Other positive points: Huge, free parking. Excellent cocktails at the bar. Members can leave money on deposit in their Partouche account on a magnetic card instead of leaving with a mountain of cash. A rewarding loyalty program for electronic machines, with points accumulating directly into euros, which is very transparent (unlike the competition, which offers more opaque point accumulation systems). A few (minor) negative points: No loyalty points at traditional gaming tables. You have to go to the cashier to exchange chips (you can't give money directly to the dealer). You can't place high-value chips on even-money bets in roulette. The blackjack tables don't allow surrendering against an Ace (this rule is unfortunately disappearing, and this casino is no exception). Here's my assessment after two years of patronage, and it's more than positive.
